Beverly 's Story I first became interested in coding when I noticed how much technology can enhance efficiency in administrative tasks. While working as an administrative assistant, I often relied on various software tools to manage tasks, streamline communication, and organize information. This sparked my curiosity about how these tools are created and how I could potentially build or customize similar tools myself. The idea of creating solutions that could simplify and improve everyday processes inspired me to explore coding further.
My motivation for learning how to code with SheCodes stems from my desire to enhance my problem-solving skills and expand my professional capabilities. As someone with a background in administration and a certificate in Secretarial Studies, I’ve seen firsthand how technology can streamline processes and improve efficiency. Learning to code will allow me to develop tools and solutions that can further enhance administrative tasks, making them more efficient and effective. Additionally, coding will open up new career opportunities, allowing me to contribute more creatively and strategically in the workplace.
In my free time, I enjoy reading books, particularly self-improvement and fiction, as they allow me to relax and expand my knowledge. I also love spending quality time with my children, whether it’s playing games or going for outdoor activities. Additionally, I have a growing interest in learning new skills, like coding, as it challenges me and keeps me engaged.
