Caroline 's Story I became first interested in coding when i was working at premier business school after formulating ideas and building goals i always had to send blueprint off to the development team and in most cases i had to wait for a long time and in some cases we had to pay external developers and if i had the ability to code i would have done the job.

I believe in women empowerment and and as a digital marketing learning how to code will improve and boost my career.In the 21st century learning to code will oppen new opportunities for me as i have been finding it difficult to get a job.As a marketer there are times when i have to wait for a programmer to deliver an asset.Therefore to solve this overreliance with the programmers i have to learn to code.Coding will enhance my cabability to think ,solve problems and look for solutions.This is a huge opportunity for me to think outside the box.Coding will help me get a better job and this will help my family financially.I believe with cofing i will be a prized asset at any company .I will be able to contribute to more projects than ever before.
