caroline's Story My interest in coding sparked during my first year of college when I took a programming module. It was my first real encounter with the world of coding, and I found it incredibly captivating. The process of solving problems through code and seeing the immediate results of my efforts was both challenging and rewarding. I loved how coding allowed me to blend creativity with analytical thinking.
My ultimate aim is to become a full stack developer because I enjoy working on both the front-end and back-end of applications. Understanding and managing the entire stack allows me to see the bigger picture and contribute more effectively to projects. I am a strong supporter of SheCodes’ mission to bridge the gender gap in technology. Being part of a program that empowers women and promotes diversity in tech is very important to me. Learning through SheCodes not only provides me with the necessary skills but also aligns with my personal values and vision for the future of the tech industry.
In my free time, I enjoy staying active through athletics. I find that engaging in sports not only keeps me physically fit but also helps me maintain a healthy work-life balance. Another hobby of mine is coding. Outside of my formal studies , I like to take on personal coding projects. Whether it's building a small web application, experimenting with new programming languages, or contributing to open-source projects, I find coding to be a great way to keep my skills sharp and continuously learn new things.
