Charlene 's Story The desire to learn more about how software and apps are made led to an interest in coding. My friend's curiosity may be piqued by seeing how programmers' work influences other professions or by being inspired by it. Many people are now aware of the possible employment prospects that coding may provide due to the increasing need for coding abilities in the labor market. People may be motivated to learn to code by a desire to increase their employment chances or to remain relevant in a society that is becoming more and more digital.
