Dipolelo's Story The IT support and systems development internship I did in 2024 sparked my interest in coding. I worked on resolving technical issues and developing software solutions, which fueled my passion for coding and motivated me to pursue it further.
I am excited to apply for the SheCodes program because I am eager to enhance my coding skills and transition into a more development-focused role. Although I have a solid foundation in systems development and IT support, I believe that SheCodes will provide me with the opportunity to dive deeper into coding and gain more practical experience. I am motivated by the prospect of becoming a more proficient developer and contributing to the growth of women in tech.
I enjoy learning new technologies, participating in online forums, and promoting women's empowerment in tech.
