Farzana's Story During my school years, I actively participated in computer and English classes, where I not only enhanced my skills but also took on the role of a tutor, teaching my female classmates various computer programs. I attended many computer courses, and I taught this subject to my classmates at school by bringing my laptop to teach them as our school did not have a computer lab. This experience fueled my passion for coding and computer science.

🙋‍♀️ Farzana's Motivation

I have a desire to study coding, and because I knew there are very few women in this field, I decided to pursue it to challenge stereotypes. In a male-dominated and conservative society like Afghanistan, technology and science positions are mostly held by men; it is getting even worse now that the Taliban are in Kabul.

🤹‍♀️ Farzana's Hobbies

Some of my hobbies include swimming, running, and practicing Taekwondo. I also enjoy exploring computer science topics and working on tasks related to my studies. For fun, I love staying active, participating in sports, and learning new skills.
