Fatou 's Story I first became interested in coding through events hosted by women who are doing wonders in the tech industry, particularly within the Gambia's tech ecosystem. These inspiring events showcased how women are breaking barriers and making significant contributions to technology and innovation. Seeing their achievements and hearing their stories sparked my curiosity and passion for coding. Their journeys demonstrated that with the right skills and determination, I too could make a meaningful impact in the tech world. This motivation drives me to pursue coding education and seek opportunities, such as SheCodes, to further my aspirations.
My motivation for learning how to code with SheCodes is driven by a desire to acquire essential technical skills that are increasingly important in today’s job market. Coding opens up a world of opportunities in various fields, from web development and data science to artificial intelligence and software engineering. I am particularly interested in the structured, supportive, and hands-on approach that SheCodes offers, which aligns with my learning style.
I have a deep love for creativity and enjoy using arts and crafts to bring innovative ideas to life. Transforming everyday materials into unique and imaginative creations allows me to explore new perspectives and think outside the box.
