Motivational Letter As a young girl growing up in the remote and deprived province of Jaghori in central Afghanistan and as a member of Hazara ethnic-religious minority community, I witnessed the struggles faced by women in my community to pursue their dreams and overcome the obstacles that impede their path to success. Despite these challenges, my passion inspired me to explore the world of Artificial Intlligence and technology, with the hope of helping other women entrepreneurs in my community. Despite facing significant obstacles such as limited access to education, internet, and digital marketing tools in my village, I remained determined to succeed. To overcome these hurdles, I persuaded my father to relocate our family to the bustling capital city of Kabul, where I could access better facilities and educational opportunities. With a relentless pursuit of knowledge, I dedicated myself to acquiring computer skills and staying up to date with the latest technology .Through hard work and unwavering commitment, and I am eager to continue learning and growing in this dynamic field. In 2018, I was awarded a fully funded scholarship to pursue my bachelor's degree in computer Application located in Bangalore, India. Additionally, during my academic journey, I studied computer programming,but in last year of my education I came home for holidays in 2020 Taliban came and everything has changed and I conldn't go back to India and take my final year Exams.as the new situation in Afganistan i couldt continue my education here in my country .I took many online classes in computer feild and trying my best to do something atleast for my self. I am excited to apply for the bachlore's programs (Artificial Intelligence for Science and Technology in ) at the University of Milano -Bicoca.This program will provide me with the necessary knowledge and skills to become an expert in computer science and Artificial Intellince, which is highly relevant to my future goals of combining my passion for new world of technology. I believe that studying in field in shecodes will provide me with a comprehensive undrestanding of computer knowledge , allowing me to gain a broader perspective of the global. Additionally, I anticipate that this experience will equip me with invaluable cross-cultural communication skills, which will be crucial in effectively managing clients and customers from diverse backgrounds. Overall, I am confident that pursuing my studies in she codes will offer me a unique and enriching educational experience that will prepare me for a successful career in the computer and new technology and Artifacial Intelligence field. My future goal is centered around the empowerment of women in the field of computer and gaining a comprehensive global perspective. Unfortunately, Afghanistan's societal constructs place substantial impediments on women seeking education and employment opportunities. However, acquiring a quality education would not only pave the way to pursue my goals but also serve as a source of inspiration for other young women in my community as well. Through mentorship and motivation, I aim to guide young women towards success in entrepreneurship and promotion of gender equality. In conclusion, I am excited to embark on this new journey and to use the knowledge and skills gained from the aforementioned programs to give back to my community in Afghanistan. By supporting and realizing my dreams of having my own company and mentoring young girls and women to pursue their dreams, I hope to make a positive impact in the afghan society and beyond.
