Katlego's Story My coding journey began unexpectedly when my mom heard about a boot camp on the radio, sparking a profound passion within me. The 3-day camp in Grade 11 fascinated me with code's ability to bring ideas to life. Determined to learn more, I enrolled in a local college certification program, but financial struggles forced me to drop out. Undeterred, I persisted, driven by a desire to harness technology's potential. Now, I'm eager to rekindle that spark with SheCodes, drawn to its flexibility, supportive community, and real-world applications. I aim to build innovative projects, empower my community through tech education, and inspire others, especially women, to join the coding revolution, creating a more inclusive and technologically advanced world, and I'm ready to dive back into coding, learn from the best, and create meaningful impact.
