Kelemogile 's Story Growing up, I have always been a child with a very curious mind so when I moved to stay with my mother in the city I was intrigued by all technology I was being exposed to and how things worked. During my first year in university I had a housemate who was studying IT which I thought that it was all about hacking devices and systems. But one day as we were all having conversations about the different courses we were studying as housemates, he explained that his course is more about coding that coding is the art of designing or writing instruction that the computer must follow to perform particular introduction , then from that day on I learned there is power in coding and its potential to make a meaningful impact. From then on, I have always wanted learn and explore the world of coding.
Growing up in a small village of Taung in the North West province were there is only a handful opportunities for women to succeed has taught me to appreciate women empowering communities.learning coding skills with SheCodes will not only be an exciting and great opportunity for me to challenge myself, expand my career opportunities but also any opportunity for me to contribute the bridging of gender gap in tech.I am eager to join a supportive community of women in tech, develop innovative solutions, and achieve personal and professional growth.
