Konanani 's Story My interest in coding began when I realized the growing importance of technology in everyday life and its potential to solve complex problems. While pursuing my studies in Social Sciences and Psychology, I often wondered how technology could be used to better understand and support people, whether through apps, data analysis, or interactive tools.
My motivation for learning how to code with She Codes stems from my desire to grow both personally and professionally. As someone with a background in Social Sciences and Psychology, I see coding as an opportunity to merge technology with human-centered approaches, solving problems in innovative ways. Learning to code will empower me with valuable skills for the modern workforce, allowing me to contribute to projects that have a real-world impact. She Codes’ supportive and inclusive environment is particularly inspiring, as it encourages women to break into tech and bridge the gender gap in this field. By acquiring coding knowledge, I hope to open new doors for my career, enhance my creativity, and explore how technology can be used to improve people's lives. This journey is not just about learning a new skill—it's about embracing the future and being part of a dynamic and transformative industry.
In my free time, I enjoy engaging in hobbies that help me grow and stay balanced. Reading is one of my favorite pastimes, as it allows me to explore new ideas and expand my knowledge, particularly in areas like psychology and personal development. I also enjoy volunteering or participating in activities that give back to my community, as I value making a positive impact on others. Additionally, I have a creative side and enjoy writing or exploring ways to express my thoughts, whether through journaling or creating content. Lately, I’ve been intrigued by technology and coding, and I’ve started dedicating time to learning and experimenting with it.
