Leah's Story When I started my jewelry business i wanted to improve more in areas of project management as I'm taking on my career I have realized if I become an expert in project management it will make me and my team more effective. But most importantly to extend my business so that i employ more people in future involvement in the shecodes will lead me to the next level through expansion of opportunities that i haven’t considered, avoiding mistakes by mapping out a plan for avoiding traps that may end my career.

To build into viable workable ventures and help understand, improve areas of emotional intelligence and personal reflection. Empowerment to succeed with various techniques through examples and valuable skills needed to persuade and influence people. To create a positive change in the world, being committed to the cause and as a result my impact will be that much bigger. Thus extending a hand of help to the world, the greatest satisfaction in life is when you give back to some one who can never repay you.
