Lisa's Story After watching the 60 minute free class provided by Matt Delac. I used my last savings to take a basics coding course through shecodes to push and motivate myself.
My motivation to learn with SheCodes is to get a better job and Upskill myself. The current position that I am (Support Role) I will wont find anywhere. I have been researching job markets and concluded that people in tech are in high demand and can even get on a highly skill Visa to work abroad. I am a very determined person to whatever I put my mind to. I had no prior knowledge of coding and went with this societal view of coding being a ''man's'' job or people that are highly ''intelligent'' in academia, turns out I was wrong. After much research and concluding that people that are software developers are in demand, I thought to give it a go. The free 60 minute class from Matt Delac really honestly changed my whole perspective in this career and gave hope that it is possible for me to get into coding.
