Lucia's Story I got interested in coding when I started wondering how all the apps and websites I use every day actually work. At first, it was just curiosity, but once I wrote my first simple program, I was hooked. It was such a cool feeling to create something that worked. Over time, I realized how powerful coding can be for solving real problems, and that’s what keeps me motivated to keep learning.
I’m learning to code with SheCodes because I want to build things that actually make a difference. I love the idea of taking an idea like the mental health chatbot I’m working on and turning it into something real that people can use. Coding feels like a superpower that lets me solve problems and create useful tools. SheCodes seems like the perfect place to grow my skills in a supportive environment while connecting with others who are on a similar journey. Plus, I’m excited to keep learning and see where it takes me!
For fun, I like working on little coding projects, it’s such a great feeling to turn ideas into something real. I also love reading, especially thrillers or anything that pulls me into a different world. When I need a break, I’ll go for a walk, listen to music, or try out new foods. I’m always up for exploring something new!
