Nazanin's Story I always had interest in coding, but as I started my career in Digital Marketing I realized that my other teammate who work on the technical part of the website are doing something really interesting that I wanna do too.
The first time I came across this website was about a year ago. I liked what you were doing, but I couldn't pay the rates because of the sanctions and the high exchange rate of our currency. But today I learned that after the #MahsaAmini protests, my country is also represented in your programs. This is great, especially for women in my country who lose so many rights and have less chances to start a career in this field. I live in Iran, the country is currently ruled by the Ayatollahs (religious extremists) and it's been hell for over 40 years. I'm only 27 years old and I've witnessed murder, gender discrimination against women and children, organized rape by the authorities without any consequences, etc. This country hates women and murders them when necessary. Many strong women and I have fought for our freedom all our lives, and some of us aren't alive now. We don't have access to quality resources, and it would be a great opportunity for us to participate in this program. for me and all my sisters in Iran. Thank you for noticing us.
