Olena's Story When I studied at the institute I became interested in programming I Programmed calculations for laboratory works. My Diploma`s topic was: computer development of calculations in shipbuilding. I want to get new profession and new skills.
Programming is the dream of my life. I studied at Visual FoxPro programming courses, but unfortunately I could not find a job in Ukraine without work experience. I was a young mother with a small child. When the Soviet Union collapsed, it was necessary to look for any job. I worked as an accountant for many years, but minimal programming skills and the logic of processes have always helped me. Now, when I am war refugee from Ukraine and had to move to the Netherlands, I hope, that I will have the opportunity to get the profession in IT, that I have always dreamed of. The SheCodes course can also help me to find a new job, if it will related to software testing. A project manager is also more appreciated if he has an understanding of programming. I have some experience in development of Landing page, I think it is good for me to learn new things. I like learning through doing projects.
I love knitting and crocheting, this is once again confirms my determination and endurance. Coding is my dream.
