I was inspired and felt really energetic and enthusiastic to apply for this program after I heard from my fellow friends who were part of this. I learned about what Coding program thrives for and how enthusiastic they are towards women’s education by empowering them to become tomorrow’s leader and change maker. I have gone through the website of this program and workshop and I loved they way it functions and advocates for women’s education. There are several motivations for learning coding, and the importance of coding skills continues to grow in today's digital age. Coding skills are in high demand across various industries, and individuals with coding proficiency often have access to a wide range of job opportunities and career paths. Learning to code can open doors to roles in software development, web development, data analysis, cybersecurity, and more. Moreover, it involves breaking down complex problems into smaller, more manageable parts and developing logical solutions. Learning to code can help improve critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills that are valuable in many aspects of life and work. Overall, learning to code can be a rewarding and empowering experience that offers numerous benefits, both professionally and personally. Reading has always been a cherished pastime of mine, allowing me to escape into different worlds, gain new perspectives, and expand my knowledge on a wide range of topics. Whether I'm delving into a classic novel, exploring the latest non-fiction bestseller, or immersing myself in a thought-provoking article, reading is a constant source of inspiration and enrichment in my life. In addition to reading, I find immense fulfillment in doing volunteer work. Giving back to the community and making a positive impact on the lives of others is a deeply rewarding experience for me. Writing is another hobby that holds a special place in my heart. Through writing, I can express my thoughts, emotions, and creativity in a way that is uniquely personal and meaningful to me. Overall, my hobbies of reading, doing volunteer work, and writing reflect my values of curiosity, compassion, and self-expression.

She'll learn popular technologies, from HTML, CSS, JavaScript and development tools. She'll also get to build her own online portfolio to showcase to potential employers!

Women currently hold 25% of coding jobs and earn 30% less money than men. In most developing countries, more than 65% of women don't have bank accounts and cannot afford to invest in their education. Female refugees also don’t have many opportunities to invest in their education and improve their career horizon - they often work in unskilled, undervalued, and low-paid informal sectors.
