Rethabile's Story I first became interested in coding when I realized how technology shapes the world around us. My journey began during high school when I was exposed to basic computer skills, and I became fascinated with how websites and applications were built. This curiosity grew when I joined the Life Choices Coding Academy Bootcamp, where I was introduced to full-stack web development. I love problem-solving and creating solutions that improve user experiences, which is why coding became so appealing to me. The ability to turn ideas into functional products through code keeps me excited to learn more and continue improving my skills.
My motivation for learning how to code with SheCodes is rooted in my desire to improve my job skills and create better career opportunities. By deepening my knowledge and staying current with technology, I aim to increase my employability in the tech industry. More than just personal growth, learning to code is a step toward providing a better life for my family. I believe that acquiring advanced coding skills will open doors to more fulfilling and financially stable opportunities, allowing me to support those I care about while pursuing a career I’m passionate about.
In my free time, I enjoy traveling and exploring new cultures, which allows me to experience different perspectives and ways of life. I also love trying new activities and challenges, whether it's learning a new skill or discovering a new place. Outside of that, I have a passion for technology and enjoy working on personal coding projects, which helps me stay creative and sharpen my skills. These hobbies keep me inspired, both personally and professionally.
