Shamso's Story I started my coding journey after watching the Mr. Robot series. Quite cliche but I was fascinating by the main character's ability to solve complex problems with a simple stroke of a keyboard which made me want to pursue a career in coding. With that in mind I started small, web development.
SheCodes is specifically designed for women in Tech and the success stories of the program's alumni motivate me. The programs hands-on project learning approach while breaking complex problems into manageable steps makes me easily balance learning with other commitments. And I would like female friends in tech too since the program is all about empowering women and it would provide me a great opportunity to network and connect with them :)
Aside from coding, I'm currently interested in learning foreign languages, Japanese, and I'm excited to be preparing for my JLPT (N5) that I'll be sitting on the first week of December of this year.
