shu yee's Story My motivation to learn coding is deeply rooted in an insatiable curiosity about how the world works. Just as I explored the art of propagation in gardening, I now aim to delve into coding, drawn by the endless possibilities it offers and the dream of watching a webpage thrive organically through my efforts. Gardening taught me the power of nurturing a process, step by step, much like coding. It instilled the patience and dedication needed to witness growth. Learning to code allows me to channel my curiosity into a realm of limitless innovation and creativity. I am driven by the desire to cultivate ideas and watch them flourish digitally, much like a gardener cultivates their plants. In this journey, I find fulfillment in nurturing a world where ideas bloom and take root in the virtual landscape.

🙋‍♀️ shu yee's Motivation

At the age of 37, I find myself at a crossroads, yearning for a new path in the IT and coding industry, despite the skepticism that surrounds me. I come from a background in HR and office administration, and for the past four months, I have grappled with unemployment. It's been a time of doubt, but also a time of self-discovery and resilience. In the face of adversity, I believe that learning to code is my chance for a fresh start. Many around me question my decision to pursue coding at this stage in my life. They argue that it's a domain best suited for the younger generation. However, I am convinced that age should not be a barrier to learning and adapting to the ever-evolving IT world. My prolonged unemployment has been a challenging journey, and it has illuminated the urgency for a career change. I am determined to break free from this cycle and chart a new course. I stand before you with unwavering determination and an unbreakable spirit. This journey won't be easy, but I am ready to work tirelessly, to learn, and to adapt. I am seeking sponsorship to facilitate my reskilling journey, not as an endeavor to defy stereotypes but as a testament to the resilience and adaptability that each of us possesses. I may be 37, but I am far from defeated. With the support and opportunity that sponsorship can provide, I am confident that I will overcome the odds, prove my naysayers wrong, and emerge victorious in the world of coding and IT. This is my chance to rewrite my story and pave the way to a brighter, more promising future.

🤹‍♀️ shu yee's Hobbies

Gardening is my hobby of choice. Lately, I've been having a blast revamping my garden from scratch. It's all about planning the perfect landscape and staying within a budget while shopping for materials. Gardening, budgeting, and a bit of dirt—my kind of fun!
