At the age of 37, I find myself at a crossroads, yearning for a new path in the IT and coding industry, despite the skepticism that surrounds me. I come from a background in HR and office administration, and for the past four months, I have grappled with unemployment. It's been a time of doubt, but also a time of self-discovery and resilience.
