Siddhi's Story My journey into coding began with sheer curiosity. Growing up in a household where technology wasn’t the norm, I stumbled upon programming through online resources. I was fascinated by how a few lines of code could bring ideas to life. During my first year of college, I immersed myself in competitive programming, app development, and machine learning, exploring every opportunity I could find to quench the thirst I had for problem-solving. However, without proper mentorship, I often found myself lost, struggling to navigate the vast world of technology. Over time, I realized that coding wasn’t just about writing programs—it was about solving problems and creating impact. This realization fueled my passion, leading me to contribute to open-source projects and work on real-world applications. Now, I want to refine my skills and build a strong foundation with SheCodes, ensuring that I not only grow as a developer but also help others break into tech. I want to create solutions with my skills that I learn here to make tech accessible to individuals like me who are curious enough to take this leap.

🙋‍♀️ Siddhi's Motivation

My motivation for learning to code with SheCodes stems from my deep passion for technology and my desire to bridge the gender gap in the tech industry. I would also like to get equipped with new skills for my future job search through this program. Despite facing challenges as a woman in tech, I have persistently pursued software development, contributing to open-source projects and continuously enhancing my skills. However, structured learning opportunities that cater to women are rare, and SheCodes offers an incredible chance to refine my coding skills in a supportive and inclusive environment. This scholarship would enable me to learn industry-relevant technologies, build real-world projects, and gain confidence in my technical abilities. Ultimately, I aim to use this knowledge to mentor and inspire other women, proving that technology is a space where we all belong.

🤹‍♀️ Siddhi's Hobbies

When I’m not coding, I love exploring new technologies, reading about AI advancements, and contributing to open-source projects. I also enjoy writing—whether it's technical blogs or reflections on my journey in tech. Beyond that, I love playing strategy-based games, solving puzzles, listening to music, reading books and engaging in discussions about innovation and problem-solving.
