Sofia's Story I started by thinking about the lifestyle I wanted, and I realized that I enjoy having the freedom to work from anywhere and at any time. I decided that learning to code or gaining skills in analytics or testing could help me get a job like that. So, I began watching videos online to learn how to use applications and how to do it, and a friend recommended this site to me. So, here I am
I want to improve my income, have more freedom with my time, and get a remote job. I feel this could help me understand better how to achieve this goal and earn more money as a woman, as well as overcome certain stereotypes in my country and especially in my family. I’ve been told all the time that remote jobs or programming are jobs for men, not women. I’m tired of that mindset. I want to prove to myself that I can do it and be successful as well
My hobbies include traveling, I love exploring new places and learning about different cultures, stepping out of my comfort zone. I also really enjoy art and fashion. I’ve always liked participating in volunteer activities to help improve the environment. Swimming is a sport I really enjoy as well.
