Tafadzwa's Story My relative introduced me to coding and she advised me to join the foundation since I have a big family and I haven't been employed for the past 3 years and I have been wanting to change my career to tech.

🙋‍♀️ Tafadzwa's Motivation

I remember vividly the pain l felt when my mother told me she could not afford me to go school.l stayed at home ,watched my friends proceed and beard the talk of me amounting to nothing from my relatives,it hurt. l felt all my dreams of wanting to be someone in life, uplifting my family from poverty being shattered. If it was not for the scholarship, marriage was the only option left for me. This pain l have kept inside of me so no other child will experience it.My background has motivated me to apply for SheCodes because I want to empower my family and change the face of women in my community.
