Tlhompho's Story I first became interested in coding when I realized how it empowers people from non-technical backgrounds, like mine in risk management, to enter the tech industry. I'm impressed by the accessibility coding offers and the opportunities it creates for diverse careers.
My motivation for learning to code with SheCodes stems from my recent diagnosis of cardiomyopathy, which forced me to leave my job to focus on treatment. I’m seeking a career that offers remote or hybrid options to manage my health while pursuing a fulfilling profession.
I enjoy spending time with my family and mostly prefer to be indoors cooking and learning new recipes from different cultures around the world
