Vaishnavi's Story I first became interested in coding during my 11th grade when I began learning C++. Writing code and understanding its logic fascinated me, but my interest truly deepened when I started building small mini-projects. Seeing how coding can provide solutions to real-world problems made me realize the immense potential of software engineering. Each project, no matter how small, inspired me to explore more, and I became passionate about using programming to solve practical challenges and make a meaningful impact.
Coding forms the backbone of computer science and is often taught in college; however, coding is not just about theory—it’s about practice, problem-solving, and real-world applications. A theory-based approach alone does not equip us to solve practical challenges. My motivation to learn coding stems from a desire to build strong logic through concepts like Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA), which are crucial for coding rounds in multinational companies. I aim to enhance my coding profile, strengthen my resume, and apply my skills by working on impactful projects that solve real-world problems.
I enjoy writing and editing, which has led me to actively contribute to various committees and clubs in my college. I design digital posters, create informative reels, and participate in engaging activities that allow me to combine creativity with collaboration. Recently, I’ve also started writing blogs on Medium to share my thoughts and ideas. Apart from this, I love helping my mother with household chores, which is a fulfilling way to spend time with her. As a stress buster, I enjoy watching series, which helps me relax and recharge.
