Zabiada's Story My interest in coding began during high school when I took an introductory computer science class. I was fascinated by how lines of code could create interactive websites and applications. The thrill of problem-solving and the satisfaction of seeing my work come to life sparked a curiosity that I wanted to explore further. As I delved deeper, I started experimenting with HTML and CSS to design my own personal blog. The creative aspect of coding, combined with the logical challenges it presented, captivated me. I realized that coding was not just about writing instructions for computers; it was a powerful tool for expressing ideas and solving real-world problems. Additionally, I became aware of the gender disparity in the tech industry, which motivated me to learn more and encourage other women to get involved. I saw coding as a way to empower myself and others, leading me to pursue further education in this field. This journey has solidified my passion for technology and my commitment to making a difference through coding
My motivation for learning how to code with SheCodes stems from a desire to empower myself in the digital world and bridge the gender gap in technology. Coding is a vital skill that opens doors to numerous opportunities, and I believe that by mastering it, I can enhance my problem-solving abilities and creativity. SheCodes offers a supportive community and structured learning environment tailored for women, which is incredibly encouraging. I am particularly excited about the prospect of building my own projects, as it allows me to bring my ideas to life and make a tangible impact. Additionally, I want to inspire other women to pursue tech careers, demonstrating that we can thrive in this field. By learning to code, I aim to not only advance my own career but also contribute to a more inclusive tech landscape. In my free time, I enjoy reading books, especially those related to technology and personal development. Coding is another passion of mine, as it allows me to apply what I learn as a computer science student. I also love exploring new programming languages and working on personal projects for fun.
