Ziyanda's Story I first became interested in coding during a workshop in 2019, which introduced me to Python. That experience sparked a curiosity about the possibilities coding offers, particularly in automating tasks and analyzing data. Since then, my interest has deepened, especially as I've seen how coding skills can enhance my work in both your PhD studies and in my passion for business analysis. Coding offers me a powerful toolset to analyze data, streamline processes, and extract insights—crucial skills for both research and business analytics.
My motivation for learning to code with SheCodes stems from a desire to strengthen my analytical skills, enhance my research capabilities in my current PhD studies, and support my future career in business analysis. In my research, understanding data patterns and trends is essential, and learning to code will empower me to better manage and analyze complex datasets. Additionally, as I move toward a career in business analysis, coding knowledge will be invaluable for creating data-driven solutions, developing predictive models, and automating workflows. Learning these skills with SheCodes will give me a solid technical foundation to innovate both in academia and in the business world.
I like spending time in nature, playing board games, reading about agricultural innovations, and exploring culinary techniques.
