Zonke's Story I first became interested in coding when I joined a free 60-minute class with Matt. Before that, coding seemed intimidating, and I thought I wouldn’t be able to understand it. However, during the class, I was surprised by how easily the concepts clicked. Matt explained everything step-by-step, making it feel simple and approachable. It was eye-opening to see how coding could be so empowering, and I felt a real sense of accomplishment as I started grasping the ideas. That class sparked a curiosity in me to explore more, and I’ve been excited to keep learning ever since. The experience completely changed my perspective on coding—it’s not just for tech experts, but something anyone can learn with the right guidance and determination. It gave me the confidence to pursue coding and to explore how I can use it to create and solve problems.
I’m excited to learn how to code with SheCodes because I’ve always wanted to understand the technology behind the things I use every day. Coding feels like a powerful skill to have, and I love the idea of being able to build something from scratch.
